ATTENTION BUFFALO WRESTLING FAMILY & FANS: TAKEDOWN CANCER IS JUST A LITTLE OVER A WEEK AWAY! Have you gotten your raffle tickets?
Tickets are only $10 each and proceeds benefit the Jeff Parker Foundation and Carly's Club of WNY. Prizes are as follows: 1st- 58" Panasonic plasma HDTV; 2nd- Apple iPad; 3rd- Arnold Schwarzenegger autographed collector’s item.
The event will take place at the final home dual of the season vs. Northern Illinois.
Winners need not be present to win, but for anyone who attends, there will also be two Chinese auctions taking place. One of the auctions will be for restaurant gift cards, baskets, etc. and the other one will be for autographed memorabilia.
Anyone who is interested in buying raffle tickets can talk to any of the wrestlers or members of the coaching staff. You can also leave a comment here and I will make sure someone contacts you about tickets.
Last year's event raised over $35,000 for cancer research. Let's make sure it's more than that in 2011! Go Bulls!
