Roulo Dominates National Duals; Competes at Fargo with Waste

Two of UB's incoming freshman have been tearing up the mats this off-season.  Blake Roulo and Jake Waste each of dominated their competition in the freestyle & greco roman worlds this summer.  Recently, Roulo crushed competition at the National Duals, and today, he and future teammate Jake Waste will each seek out double titles at the 2011 USA Wrestling Greco & Freestyle Nationals.  Roulo will compete in the 145 weight class in both styles, and Waste will compete at 189.  We wish them both the best of luck in their quest for 2 additional national titles!!

Blake's results from the National Duals are as follows.  He went 6-0 in greco and 8-0 in freestyle.  He defeated two wrestlers ranked in the top 10 (Jared Reis and Jarod Donar). Great job Blake!
